This is one of the contributing factors that can delay or slow down our progress. The negative surroundings around us can be silence in several methods. I will be sharing some of the most effective method to increase your productivity by silencing the negative ideas around you.



1 Stay Away

Negativity is everywhere. One of the contributing steps of success is to stay away from negativity as much as we can. Although some people will find this hard to do at the beginning of the process, it will be all worth it.

You need to listen to your surroundings and be aware although you don’t make it too obvious that you are avoiding people.

If you value your goals. And if you want it SOO bad as if it is a now or never moment, staying away from negative surroundings will increase your productivity to push yourself closer to your goals.

2 Get in and Get Out

If your workplace is where most of the negativity comes from, where negative people trying to pull you down, trying to judge you to what your abilities are.

Focus on your work, and do your thing. Avoid people doing office gossips — Get in for work and get out after work.

Workplace is where you will meet a lot of people a make a lot of friends, if people think you are weird  just because you don’t join their conversation, don’t take it seriously. Let be as is. People with no goals or ambition are the ones that will try to distract you the most. You need to stay away from negativity as much as you can.

Focus on your goals and set your mind to do the things that are needed to be done.

3 Focus on your goals

By being more focus towards your goals, your mind and body will be synchronize to do the things that required to be done to become a step closer to your goals.

A focus mind will be able to avoid distraction, a focus mind will increase the positive efforts. Your actions depends to type of focus you have. If you experience a lot distractions then try to re-assist and evaluate your actions and ask yourself if you are distracted or if you are focus.
